"Close to Rialto and San Marco. Few sets of steps on the way. Entry instructions were clear. Our room was HUGE as was the bathroom. Bed was comfy. We stayed only one night. Would definitely stay there again. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Take a gondola ride and a vaparetto. Venice is amazing."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations on where to eat. Our room had a view to the water canal where we could see gondolas pass by. It was a bit noisy however, but we were on the main level floor. Overall I would highly recommend, location is central, staff are friendly and super helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful."

"+Like much of Venice, our stay at this hotel continued our love affair with Venice in that it was unique, exciting, well located & provided everything we needed. The only issue for us personally was that the bed was very hard & therefore uncomfortable for us, making good sleep impossible. Very unfortunate being for 3 nights but the staff were friendly & helpful. The included breakfast had everything we needed, the room itself while basic had Venetian charm & a canal outlook. The shower was the smallest & tightest of the various hotels we stayed in on our trip but was adequate. The drive-up Water Taxi dock we appreciated as it allowed us to have that special experience of the water-taxi trip, which was amazing in itself. It was well located just 10 min walks to Rialto bridge & the Vaporetto ferry to Burano Island and slightly more to St. Marks Square. We backed onto The Square of Sts Jogn & Paul, & a host of cafes, restaurants & local shops. Amazing environment. Overall, it ticked all the boxes. Thank you to Marco & all the staff."

"We enjoyed the location of this guest house near the Campo St, Maria Formosa with several restaurants and cafes nearby, including a bakery and a ramen restaurant. It was a 10-15 minute walk to St. Mark's and other sights. Our room overlooked a small canal and had tiny balcony. The room was of good size, and the beds were fairly comfortable but not great. The shower was very good, with ample hot water and water pressure. A highlight was the daily breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold food including fresh fruit. Coffee and other beverages were from a machine but tasted fine."

"Such a great location nestled between Rialto Bridge and StMarks Square we were close to everything, including great shopping and restaurants. Our corner ground floor room backed on a canal that was a hub of activity. While our room was perfectly quiet with the windows closed, we loved leaving them open to hear the sounds of Venice, including the gondola drivers serenading their passengers. The room was clean and well maintained with air conditioning for the hot days. Best feature? The breakfast was simply over the top!!! A buffet with lots of variety, or à la carte eggs or pancakes with tons of fruit. My husband had both :)"
